Fifth Stop – 700 acres of land

Flagler, Colorado. Just off I-70 for a pitstop on our way to Denver Colorado. Truck drivers and cowboys everywhere, and its raining, actually pouring.

Land is in abundance in United States. Before the roadtrip, I looked up that I can buy 700 acres of land for $30,000. That is a lot of land. Would the value of this particular lot go up in 30 years from now? There’s a lot of opportunities to exploit this piece of land. Realty, project development, if close to a river or source of water this can be developed in produce and vegies. I would go with using the latest developments and technological advancements from Netherlands and the University of Wageningen in developing greenhouse vegetables.
